USER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Q. Why should I register an account with www.gemilangjewelry.com?

- By registering an account with us, you will be benefited with a faster checkout for all your purchases. It also allows you to view your order history, update your personal detail and shipping address and know about the latest offers and discounts before anybody else gets to know about them.

 

Q. How do purchase my order on the site?

To order your purchase: -

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next, you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

 

Q. What should I do if I forget my password?

  1. Under login page, click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link.
  2. Fill in your registered email address and click on SUBMIT button.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

Q. How do I change my account personal detail and/or shipping address?

- Log-in your account Click on My Account → Click on My Addresses” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 

ORDER

Q. Are Kedai Emas Gemilang jewelleries authentic?

- 100%. Our offering is expertly evaluated by our professional appraisal team and we guarantee all items are authentic.

 

Q. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

- Please log-in to your account and click on “My Orders”. If your order is confirmed, your order status will be reflected as “Processing”. Upon placing an order successfully, you will also receive a payment receipt from [IPAY88] as well as a separate Kedai Emas Gemilang confirmation email.

 

Q. Can I amend my order?

- We only accept amendment on billing and delivery details, prior to shipping confirmation. Do note that changes to orders may result in shipping delays. Please call us at [0111-8868 328] or send us an email at customerservice@gemilangjewelry.my and quote your order number to make any amendments.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

- We will not be able to cancel an order once payment is confirmed.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

Q. Are there any hidden costs or extra charges?

- No, the total price that is mentioned in the checkout list will be the final price.

 

Q. Will the prices have displayed on Kedai Emas Gemilang subject to any kind of change?

- The prices are subject to change without notice. You should know that you are liable to pay the amount that is stated on the day of purchase.

 

SHIPPING

Q. How much does Kedai Emas Gemilang charge me for the product to be delivered to my residence?

- A basic delivery rate of MYR 8 will be charged for West Malaysia. An additional rate may be charged according to the size, weight of the items, total number of orders. We currently do not ship to East Malaysia.

 

Q. What is the estimated time for the products to be delivered?

- 7-9 working days. Orders opted for courier delivery will be handled by our appointed courier partner, and will require a photo and/or signature upon delivery.

 

Q. What courier services will be used to deliver my product?

- GDEX.

 

Q. How can I track my order?

 - Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging in to your Kedai Emas Gemilang account.

 

Q. I have not received my order?

- In the circumstance that you have not seen a status update for your delivery after 2 working days after receiving the delivery confirmation email, please email our customer service at customerservice@gemilangjewelry.my for further assistance.

 

Q. Is my product safe?

- Your piece of jewelry is shipped in a durable condition and tamper-evidence packing is done so that the product remains intact.
